Mr. Rajasekar leads the operations of Rega IT Services Ltd in the United Kingdom. He is responsible for developing Rega’s UK presence, building client relationships, understanding the requirements of UK businesses, and coordinating effectively between clients and the wider delivery team.

His role ensures that UK clients have a local point of engagement, clear communication, accountability, and dedicated support throughout their relationship with Rega IT Services.

With more than 13 years of experience in sales, business development, B2B marketplaces, client acquisition, and marketing, Mr. Rabbani brings extensive commercial experience to Rega IT Services.

Throughout his career, he has worked in leading organisations and technology-driven business environments, developing deep experience in customer acquisition, vendor and client onboarding, market development, relationship management, sales strategy, and business growth.

He has completed the Professional Certificate Programme in Digital Marketing from the Indian School of Business (ISB), strengthening his expertise in modern digital marketing, customer acquisition, and growth strategy.

At Rega IT Services, he leads sales and marketing initiatives and works with clients to understand their commercial objectives and translate them into practical digital growth strategies.

With more than 10 years of experience in full-stack development and technology, Mr. Arun leads the technical capabilities of Rega IT Services.

His experience covers full-stack development, website and application development, software architecture, integrations, and the development of scalable digital solutions.

As Technical Head, he guides the technology team, defines appropriate technical approaches, maintains development quality, and ensures that solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with client requirements.
